The TruStay Story

TruStay was born out of shared frustration. As property owners and investors, the three of us co-founders experienced firsthand the shortcomings of traditional property management—poor communication, lack of accountability, and a “set it and forget it” mindset that left our investments underperforming. To be frank, it just felt like no one really cared.

 

We knew there had to be a better way. And when we couldn’t find it in the market, we decided to build it ourselves. TruStay was founded with a commitment to transparency, performance, and a shared-risk approach that holds us accountable to our clients, just as we always wanted from a management partner.

Each year, we reset your property’s projection based on the past 12 months, offering recommendations on upgrades and improvements to help you achieve even better results.
